Tingdene’s New Visitor Centre Draws The Crowds

In February, Tingdene opened their doors to showcase their brand new Visitor Centre to both trade and public in separate events, with huge success on both occasions. The overall new layout of the centre is fresh, modern, and focused on the purpose, which is to provide visitors with an insight into the models available and to assist in all ways possible what can be achieved in design with guidance from their experienced sales team, following customer interest through to completion.

Thomas Marshall, honoured Tingdene, by officially cutting the ribbon to open the new Visitor Centre.  Simon Baker, Head of Sales for Tingdene, helped mark the occasion with Thomas while guests looked on. Thomas Marshall is well known and very active within the industry, holding the role of Branch Director of the North West Branch and National Vice Chairman of the BH&HPA.

After months of intense work following a detailed design plan and much excitement as the brand new show homes were positioned, the team were thrilled to show off the new centre and product range.

The holiday lodge range offered includes the stunning Savannah, centre lounge layout, displayed with a woodland theme interior design. The lodge boasts a bedroom at each end, both with en-suite, and all set in a 42’ x 14’ layout. The woodland theme is a new element for the leisure range and can be applied to other models in the range.

The Havana, which has been extremely popular in the holiday market since its launch last September, is also on display in the outside area along with two Savannah lodges shown with slightly different layout options.

The Loft, two storey building, received a lot of interest from the trade, especially those with new development projects. The Loft is a stunning building, built to building regulations and an ideal opportunity for developers that wants something different.

During both trade and public days factory tours provided an insight into the Tingdene production process and an opportunity to see the quality build standards that Tingdene are precious about.

The public open day welcomed many new visitors and also many visitors keen to revisit and view the new models. The new centre also offered them the opportunity to explore the dedicated Quickmove Properties section, where they could search for their ideal park location and plan their requirements with the Quickmove team.
