Pathfinder Homes launched a dramatic new home at the Manchester Show last weekend and reported record sales from the exhibition. Known for their innovative and cutting edge designs, The Stockholm has caused waves in the industry for all the right reasons.

Placed in the centre of this home and housed by a glass roof, it’s a unique and visually stunning use of space. The Canadian CanExcel cladding compliments the exterior and the multi pitched roof is beyond anything the industry have seen before.
Construction materials have been fused with functional design while still achieving aesthetic balance. Not only does this home tick every box for creativity, it certainly raised a lot of questions surrounding the current ideologies of the industry.
The interior is equally as captivating. Its symmetrical layout ensures a spacious and practical design yet, with the clever use of partition walls and knowingly placed furniture it’s warm and cosy. The colour palette applied consists of warm, neutral tones and fill the space perfectly.
With an unconventional feature wall in almost every room the home is designed to inspire. The stunning natural wood wall in the master bedroom demands attention, with industrial copper wall lights fixed either side of the bed and built in shelves, this room is the perfect sanctuary for cosy nights in.
The entire home is made up of big comfortable furniture from large corner sofas to reclaimed wooden king size beds and with the picture-perfect ambient lighting pushes the industry boundaries still further for creativity and design.
