NEW MULTI MILLION POUND LODGE DEVELOPMENT TRANSFORMS REDUNDANT FARM

Royal Arch Riverside Park near Fettercairn, Aberdeenshire, Scotland is a new multi million pound lodge development created on former redundant farmland. Offering over fifty units in its first phase, priced from £70-£250k.

Local developer Bill McDonald has teamed up with top industry manufacturers, such as Stately Albion, Pemberton and Atlas, to present a five star development, including three shops, state of the art reception and office as well as a café/bistro, which is currently under construction. The park also features a fully stocked trout loch with an Open Day to be held at the end of June.

Commenting on the new park Bill McDonald said: “We’re very excited to launch this new venture, the result of a year of extensive planning and development, coupled with considerable investment in infrastructure and security. We’ve assembled a superb selection of luxury lodges to market, the finest to be found in the area.”

He added. “The convenient location attracted us to develop here, literally on the doorstep of Royal Deeside, coupled with the fact the site lies in picturesque scenery, with an open outlook.”
